Camera Pics

These are almost all pictures taken from my phone. It's funny that this is how we communicate these days.

IVY JANE

"Lou" is the funniest toddler ever. She thinks she is so funny and is always laughing at herself.

She continues to never hold still and is so difficult at church. We actually made it through 55 minutes of sacrament meeting last week, before I gave up and brought her home.

She makes us laugh and smile each day.

She has the craziest hair in the morning. She usually wakes up early and lets out a few squeals. When we go to her, she just holds up her empty bottle. After we put some milk in it, she grabs for it, and then waves bye, bye, then goes back to bed.

Hanksy

Hanks is always trying to be a clown. He is all boy and is rambunctious.

He loves me taking pictures of him, and then we send them to Colby.

As soon as he holds still he crashes.

My parents gave him a fishing pol and new tackle box for his birthday.

My dad took him and Jayce fishing last week. If you know these two rambunctious boys, you know he was being very brave.

Hanks kept pulling faces and it was hard to get a good picture.

Chance got a Swan the other day. I can't wait till Hanks is big enough to go. The only problem is, he only has one volume, LOUD!!!! The kid can not whisper or hold still. So it might be a while before he get invited to go.

HADS

Hadlee is my biggest helper. She is always helping me entertain as well as clean up after Ivy. Ivy loves her. Hadlee loves waiting until Hanks falls asleep, and then coming into my bed and sleeping with me. Then when Colby comes home late he carries her to bed like a princess. We have a little heart Doppler machine at home and she loves listening to the babies heart beat inside of me. She is so excited for the new baby and wants it to be a boy so Hanksy has a friend. We were down by the hospital yesterday, so we stopped in and I showed her the baby on ultrasound. She was so happy and thinks it looks so cute. She is a great big sister.

She had Art with Heart yesterday. A benefit dance concert for Shriner's Hospital. It was her first big performance with her new team. She only did one number, and she did it perfectly, and smiled and was so confident. She told me that now she gets to be big like Swayze and Indy, and thought it was so fun to be there with them. She got flowers and a necklace from Grandma Jone. The whole day was really a pain in my butt, but last night she told me it was one of the best days ever, so it made all the running around worth it.

I love my kids.

Last weekend was my Grandma Glenda's Girls weekend in Park City. It is always fun to get together and visit with my Aunts and cousins.

I keep taking pictures of this new baby, and sending them to Colby. I still don't think he believes that it is a boy.

I am 17 weeks, and all is going well. But I am usually not so emotional with my pregnancies. I find myself crying 2 to 3 times a day over nothing. It's usually over something stupid like watching Gray's Anatomy on Netflix. Nothing tastes good to me, except frozen Reece's and pickles. (But not at the same time)

I would say I am really depressed, but I am not, I am actually really happy. It is probably a combination of being fat and pregnant, being tired, the time change, and it getting cold outside. I don't want to go anywhere or do anything. My pants are getting really tight and it is time to break out the maternity clothes, but I hate the thought of that. YUK. I think about how dumb this must sound and how ungrateful it must come across. I am so lucky that I get pregnant so easily. I am so excited for this new baby, I know it will be hard with Colby gone, but I know it will all work out. I know that me being so emotional is just part of being pregnant and my hormones out of whack. I just wish their was a magic energy pill out there.

Halloween

I am not the biggest fan of Halloween. But my kids love it, so I try to make it fun.

My parents had their Halloween party on Saturday afternoon.

All the kids in their Halloween shirts Grandma buys them every year.

The kids get so spoiled with all of the games and prizes. They made necklaces, had a coloring contest, played bingo, fish and a ghost toss. The ate donuts and cupcakes, along with a yummy dinner.

They are all goof-balls.

Trying to get a picture with my kids is a joke. No one would cooperate.
SMILE dang it!!!

Halloween morning, as we were getting ready to go to school, Hadlee decided that her costume needed something else. She wanted pink hair. I told her Rapunzel had blond hair, but she didn't care. So, since I really didn't care either, she became a Rapunzel with pink hair.

Hanks, Ivy and I all went to her parade that morning at the school.

Hanks posing before preschool.
Yes, he was a superhero last year too, but that's what he wanted.

All my kids before we headed out.

Hadlee had dance that afternoon.

We were able to get a picture with a few of our grandparents we visited.

We finally made it home and Colby took the kids around our neighborhood for a while.

On a side note, Grandpa and Grandma Jake both killed big bucks and Hanks was so proud.
