We had a very busy and fun Halloween yesterday.
We were able to see Swayze get Baptized during the day. She is such a sweetie and has always been so fun to be around. She was baptized by Grandpa Jake and confirmed by Grandpa Harley.
She is always so good to my kids and is a little mother. I can't wait till she is old enough to babysit.

We then went to my mom's for the family Halloween party.
We ate, played Bingo, had a coloring contest, played musical pumpkins, decorated cookies, played beanbag toss through the ghost, and had a fish pond for prizes. Yes, we were busy.

We then got into our costumes to go trick-or-treating.
The kids, minus Hanks. He didn't feel good and I think he has an ear infection, He was pulling on his ear and crying, and it was draining. (He still has his tubes in.)

First we headed to Grandpa Merrill's.
Then to Grandma Glenda's.
We then went to Grandma Bettie's. Colby's Aunt is in town from DC, so we stayed a long time and visited. The kids just ran around and played with Grandma's walker. She was amused just watching them.
We then went to Grandpa Harley's and Grandma Mary's. We visited a long time there too, and got caught up with Shauna and Season.
By that time, it was 10, and the kids were tired. We had planed on taking them trick-or-treating in our neighborhood, but they were done, and we certainly don't need more treats.
We had a great day, and are so thankful for so many things. We are thankful for family, and all they do for us. We are grateful that Swayze was baptized, Hadlee was really interested in the whole thing, and keeps talking about it. And we are really thankful for our Grandparents. My kids got to see 5 of their Great-Grandparents yesterday....... Not many kids can say that.

do you realize that Hadlee is seriously almost as tall as Savannah? I think she is shrinking.

Mom's party was to cute. She needs to quit her job and just be a party planner :)
